Very rare vintage Raymond Weil ladies' moon phase watch with black leather strap

Inspired by our fascination with the celestial, the moon phase is viewed as one of the most aesthetic and collectible watch complications. This is a truly original and remarkable piece from the famous Swiss watchmaker.

The moon phases displayed do evolve as the month progresses, but please note that I cannot guarantee their exact accuracy. They seem to have more of a decorative function, which does not take anything away from the romantic charm and visual appeal of the watch.

Excellent condition, both working and cosmetic, despite some very minimal signs of wear. Easy setting of the hour and moon phases. It was fitted with a new replacement strap, however the original buckle was retained. Please see the pictures.
