Processing Time & Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer free worldwide shipping from the UK via Royal Mail, or UPS/DHL for some higher value items.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or remains unclaimed, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. A shipping fee will apply.


Customs & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. 

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing or refused/returned parcels due to unpaid import fees. 


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the unique nature of vintage watches, all sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns or cancellations — unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.

That said, your satisfaction matters. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Watches are carefully tested prior to shipment and fitted with a new battery unless otherwise noted.

We ask that you read listings carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.


Product Condition & Care

All items are shipped in the exact condition shown and described. Keep in mind that vintage and pre-owned items may show minor wear, patina, or imperfections consistent with age.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or handling after delivery.
